Our pricing structure follows the guideline of the OCA (Ontario Chiropractic Association) Fee Schedule. Our chiropractic office participates in most extended health insurance plans, but please call us at 807-274-2545 if you have any questions about whether you can use your insurance to pay for your chiropractic care. Payment options accepted is cash, contactless(tap) for debit, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and e-transfer. Extended Health Insurance
It is your responsibility to know your insurance plan. Our office does direct billing for plans that are set up to pay our office directly; once we have all the correct forms signed by the subscriber. For plans that reimburse the subscriber, we can submit either electronically or manually (depending how your plan is set up) after payment and correct forms are signed. There are a lot of different insurance plans out there, and coverage for chiropractic care varies widely, depending upon your plan. Our office does not bill through WSIB for (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board) or HCAI for Motor Vehicle Collisions. Health with Chiropractic Care
At Fort Frances Chiropractic Centre in Fort Frances, we are convinced that chiropractic care will help you stay healthy and with reduced pain, and some people become pain-free. Our chiropractic health professionals will help you care for your most important asset--your health. We truly believe the prevention is the best cure, and regular chiropractic care will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover from pain or an injury after it's happened. Missed Appointments at our Office
Our office policy requires 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. You are given a text reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment or if you receive a telephone call, it is the business day prior. Missed appointments are billed at the fee of the service they were scheduled to receive. Please remember there are other patients who would have appreciated your appointment time, if you didn't want it.
